SOUNDTRACK radioshow (3/27-28)

ATTN: within the week i will re-write this article and include the song titles for the artists/movies. i wrote this from memory a few days after these two shows, had some technical difficulties in the studio, as usual on the weekends. am also bothered because i didnt write down the ORDER in which they were played. which is what i meant in the explanation below. i appreciate your comments and promise to have a podcast streaming by the summer.

thanks - MB

what is the purpose of this webpage? no offense, but a list of songs you play on the radio is pretty boring without mp3s or a podcast. especially if there's a show like this one where you don't even know what songs you played?

thanks for your feedback.

the station's website once posted the list of songs that had played after each hour but it doesnt anymore. so, the point is to feature the song titles and artists in case someone actually listened and cared about the music that was playing / missed me saying it on the air.

i assume you dont live in oxford, if thats the case then you pose a viable question/complaint. i have to explain that it is a small station/small college town which mainly plays top 40s, sadly. my show also comes on at 10am and though i wish more like-minded people listened, i have doubts that anyone does.

what i mean to say is that i would put much more into this site if i knew people dug it, and i dont get enough feedback to care that much yet. honestly.

im just getting started with this, would LOVE to have a podcast streaming. when ive been a dj for longer than 3 months and have more power at the station this will seem more realistic.

this particular show was a cummulative 4 hour long show that was done in the midst of studying for exams / generally being exhausted. i usually dont even post weekend shows.

seriously, thank you for commenting.
